30-Day Refund Policy
At Falcon Scooters, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, subject to the terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered or picked up.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in acceptable condition and include all original parts and accessories provided with the purchase, including chargers, keys, manuals, and packaging where applicable.
Returned items must:
- be requested within 30 days of delivery or pickup
- match the serial number or product information associated with the original order
- be free from major damage caused after delivery
- not show signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or improper handling
- include all included accessories and components
For refurbished e-scooters and e-bikes, reasonable inspection and light testing are acceptable. However, items returned with excessive wear, impact damage, water damage, missing parts, or signs of tampering may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- final sale items
- gift cards
- clearance items marked as non-returnable
- used accessories, safety gear, or personal-use items
- items damaged due to misuse, improper charging, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Return Approval Process
To start a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are inspected once received. If the product meets the return conditions outlined in this policy, your refund will be approved and processed to the original payment method.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions for a refund, we may:
- reject the return
- issue a partial refund where appropriate
- return the item to you at your expense
Refunds
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Falcon Scooters is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may ask for photos, videos, and order details to help us review the issue quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or prepared for pickup. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or collected, it will fall under this Refund Policy.
